Paula & Monica's Pizzeria

I ordered at 6:15 and 90 minutes later still no pizza. I called and they had not received my Grubhub order, despite confirmation. They expedited my order and I received it less than 30 minutes later with a free cheesy garlic bread and phone call from restaurant to make sure it had arrived. Great customer service added to already great pizza.

One of my favorite pizza places in Chicago. If you're not from the northeast, or have a taste for northeast/New York style pizza, then it might not be for you. However, they do make a mean sub and the cannoli is really good. I order for the food, but I come back for the service. Great place.

I ordered online. My only "gripe" is the lack of serving or eating utensils. If I ordered on phone would it have been better? Overall the pizzas were awesome and the salads were fresh. Can you have Diet Sprite available too?? Thanks

Paula & Monica's never fails to impress me. I love their pizza and their cannolis; just thinking about them makes my mouth water. The delivery guys are also very nice and fast. This has become my favorite pizzeria and my go-to place for comfort food.

This is my new favorite pizza place. The pizza was delivered fast and it was piping hot. The toppings were fresh and the crust, cheese, and sauce were delicious. I also love that they cut their thin crust in triangles and not squares.
